delle Madonie in una natura ancora incontaminata
si possono svolgere diverse attività.
La struttura fu eretta intorno al XIII secolo a guardia della Flomaria
dei mulini ad acqua e dell`antica via che conduceva da Polizzi
a Termini. Fù anche dimora dei gesuiti come luogo di meditazione
ed esercizi spirituali. Nelle epoche successive fu residenza nobiliare
di un noto casato della città prendendo il nome “Donna
Lavia”.
Ideale rifugio per una vacanza mare-monti (mare: 30 min, stazione
sciistica di Piano Battaglia: 20 min).
Piccola sala meeting con camino e 18 posti letto in 5 stanze arredate
con gusto e sistemate nell`antica torre.

About in the year 1300 there was constructed the antic watching-tower,
that time protecting the wattermills and the antik road, which
was connecting Polizzi and Termini. Characteristicly the court
surrounded by pillars and the waterfontane in the centre. For some
time it is was a summer- residence of the Jesuits as a place of
Meditation and spiritual meetings. During the following epochs
a noble family used to live here and the place took the actual
name “Donna Lavia”.
Ideal starting-point for a combinated holiday Sea-Mountains (Sea:
30 min, Walking- and Skiing-area Piano-Battaglia ca. 20 min).
